Grand opening of the sales office

The event was attended by more than 400 guests, including the first faces of Phuket, the governor of the island, partners and clients of the company.

The evening started with the speech by Vadim Bukhkalov, founder and CEO of VillaCarte Group, who spoke about the key events of Layan Verde, including obtaining a construction permit, as well as about the teams and technologies involved in the creation of the project. The following speakers also performed at the event: Mohammed Abed, Chief Architect of the project from Dewan Architects + Engineers, Namchai Saensupha, Founding Director of SHMA Company Limited, and Gilles Cretallaz, CEO of Dusit International.

At the event, the guests were presented with a unique interactive area with five expositions, which allowed visitors to immerse themselves more deeply into the concept of the project. The expositions included architectural sketches, biosphere solutions, infrastructure details, eco-friendly interiors and approaches to five-star management from Dusit International.

This event filled the space with an atmosphere of celebration, inspiring conversations and new opportunities.
