VillaCarte Group's Participation in the MIPIF Exhibition

In April 2025, VillaCarte Group participated for the first time in MIPIF — the leading real estate exhibition in the CIS, which has been bringing together industry professionals, private investors, and those interested in international real estate and global trends since 2017.

For our company, this was an important step in strengthening our market presence and an opportunity to directly present our development projects, our approach to territorial growth, and the company’s overall strategy.

Participation Focused on Quality and Direct Dialogue

One of the exhibition's unique features was that developers are rarely represented — it is traditionally attended mainly by agencies. We offered the audience first-hand insights: introduced VillaCarte Group projects, shared practical case studies, and established new professional connections with colleagues from various countries.

Ivan Barkhatov's Keynote: How Iconic Projects Shape the Regions of the Future

A key highlight of our participation was the presentation by our Commercial Director, Ivan Barkhatov — an expert with international experience in Southeast Asia, the USA, and the EU. During a panel discussion, he spoke about the role of architectural and infrastructure "beacons" — projects that set the tone for regional development, attract investment, and reshape perceptions of entire areas.

As an example, we presented our flagship project, Layan Verde. Although it is still under construction, the project is already influencing the region’s architectural agenda and setting a new quality benchmark for the island.
