Layan Verde Construction Report for November 2, 2026

As of today, a total of 33,501 m³ of structural concrete has been placed. A total of 355,300 m³ of soil has been removed during earthworks, and 2,546 piles have been installed. On the 4th floor of Building A5, installation of aluminum doors and windows is underway. Installation of planter boxes continues in Building A4. In Building A2.2, construction of the roof slab is underway in Zone 1. In Building A3.1, the roof slab is complete, while in Building A3.2, construction of the 1st-floor slab is complete. In Building A1, construction of reinforced concrete walls and vertical structural elements at the basement level continues. Formwork installation and reinforcement works continue for the 1st floor of Building B8. Foundation works are underway in Building B9, while pile installation for Building B1 is progressing actively.
