Layan Verde Construction Report for October 19, 2026

A total of 2,503 piles have been installed at the Layan Verde construction site. Soil excavation continues, with 355,300 m³ of soil removed to date. Work on the showroom in Building A5 is progressing actively. Installation of stair flights continues in Building A4. In Building A2.2, construction of the 6th-floor slab in Zone 1 is underway. In Building A3.1, roof slab construction is underway in Zone 1, while concrete placement for the roof in Zone 2 is complete. Formwork installation and reinforcement works continue for the 1st floor of Buildings A3.2 and B8. In Building A1, construction of reinforced concrete walls and vertical structural elements at the basement level continues. Foundation works are underway in Building B9. Pile installation for Building B1 is progressing actively. A total of 32,700 m³ of concrete has been placed for building foundations and structural frames.
