Layan Verde Construction Report for September 28, 2026

As of today, a total of 31,501 m³ of structural concrete has been placed. A total of 349,800 m³ of soil has been removed during earthworks, and 2,439 piles have been installed. Finishing works are underway in the showroom of Building A5. Installation of stair flights is underway in Building A4. Formwork installation and reinforcement works are underway for the 5th floor of Zone 1 in Building A2.2, with similar works progressing on the 6th floor of Building A3.1, while foundation works are underway in Buildings A3.2 and B9. Construction of reinforced concrete walls and vertical structural elements at the basement level continues in Buildings A1 and B8. Pile installation for Building B1 is progressing actively.
