Layan Verde Construction Report for September 14, 2026

A total of 2,403 piles are installed at the Layan Verde construction site. Soil excavation continues, with a total of 349,800 m³ of soil removed to date. Active works are underway on the showroom in Building A5. Installation of stair flights continues in Building A4. In Building A2.2, construction of the 5th-floor slab is underway in Zone 1. Formwork installation and reinforcement works continue for the 5th floor of Building A3.1, while foundation works are underway in Buildings A3.2 and B9. In Buildings A1 and B8, construction of reinforced concrete basement walls and vertical structural elements continues. Pile installation for Building B1 is progressing actively. A total of 30,535 m³ of concrete has been placed for building foundations and structural frames.
