Layan Verde Construction Report for August 31, 2026

The total volume of placed structural concrete stands at 28,768 m³. Soil excavation continues, with 347,750 m³ removed to date, and a total of 2,360 piles installed. Installation of stairs is currently underway in Building A4. In Building A2.2, crews are working on the 4th-floor slab in Zone 1, while roof slab construction is progressing in Zone 2. Concurrently, formwork installation and reinforcement are being carried out for the 5th floor of Building A3.1. Foundation work continues for Building A3.2. Meanwhile, in Building A1, operations are focused on the basement ceiling slab. In Building B8, the installation of the basement slab and reinforced concrete walls is in progress. Finally, foundation works are ongoing for Building B9, while piling operations are underway at Building B1.
