Layan Verde Construction Report for August 17, 2026

A total of 2,289 piles have been installed at the Layan Verde construction site. Excavation works are ongoing, with a total volume of 343,600 m³ of soil removed to date. Plastering works are underway on the 4th floor of Building A5. Installation of staircases is progressing in Building A4. In Building A2.2, the 3rd-floor floor slab concrete pouring has been completed in Zone 1, while formwork installation and roof reinforcement are ongoing in Zone 2. Scaffolding assembly is underway for the 5th-floor slab of Building A3.1. Concrete pouring for the 2nd section of the foundation has been completed in Building A3.2. In Building A1, the basement floor slab has been poured, while work continues on the basement slab and reinforced concrete walls in Building B8. Foundation works for Building B9 are ongoing. Piling operations are actively underway for Building B1. To date, a total volume of 27,489 m³ of concrete has been poured for the foundations and structural frameworks of the buildings.
