Layan Verde Construction Report for July 27, 2026

The total volume of placed structural concrete stands at 25,924 m³. Soil excavation continues, with 339,780 m³ removed to date, and a total of 2,254 piles installed. Plastering works are underway on the 5th floor of Building A5. The installation of water, drainage, and fire protection piping has begun in Building A4. Formwork and reinforcement installation for the 3rd floor in Zone 1 of Building A2.2 is ongoing. Formwork and reinforcement installation for the 4th floor of Building A3.1 is ongoing. Foundation works are underway in Buildings A3.2, A1, B8, and B9, along with active pile installation works for Building B1.
