Requirements for Program Participants
In order to participate in the Thailand Elite Program, there are certain requirements that must be met. First and foremost, applicants must not have any record of overstaying their visa in Thailand. It is essential that their stay in the country is in compliance with immigration laws.
Applicants must also possess a valid passport issued by their country of origin. Additionally, they must provide documentation confirming that they have no criminal record related to imprisonment, are mentally healthy, and are not a citizen of a country on the sanctions list.
Once the application has been approved by the Immigration Service, participants will need to pay membership fees for their chosen program. If applicants already hold visas other than O (Volunteer), ED (Academic), or Ims (Medical), they will need to specify their visa type and potentially provide additional documentation.
