Layan Verde Team held Private Showcases in Bangkok

On May 30–31, the Layan Verde team held a series of private meetings with investors and property buyers at Dusit Central Park hotel in Bangkok as part of the Layan Verde Private Showcase.

Originally planned as a one-day event, the showcase extended across two days in response to strong interest from attendees.

During the meetings, participants discussed trends in the branded residences market, the long-term value of collectible real estate, and the factors that make Phuket an attractive destination for those seeking more than just an asset — a living environment aligned with their lifestyle and long-term plans.

A separate theme was the shifting perception of real estate: buyers increasingly view property not only as an investment, but as a space that shapes the quality of everyday life.
