The installation of air conditioning and ventilation systems, as well as equipment in the ceiling spaces on both floors of the building has been completed. The plastering of internal partition walls and the thermal insulation of the roof slab with a sloping screed and penetrating waterproofing has also been completed. In addition, the construction of an additional spiral staircase leading to the terrace has begun, and concrete underground tanks and a pump room have been installed. Finally, the metal frames for skylights on the roof have been installed.
