In A2.1, vertical structures are being erected on the 3rd floor, and in A2.2 post-tensioned reinforcement has been installed for the 4th floor slab, with concreting (130 m³) scheduled for tomorrow. In A3, vertical structure work continues. In A4 (zone 2), the 3rd floor slab concreting is complete (100 m³). In BM2 (zone 1), scaffolding is being installed for the next floor. In B8, foundation work is ongoing. In the second phase, earthworks and soil removal continue in zones BM5 and BM4.

In A2.1, the 1st floor slab has been poured, with reinforcement and sleeve pipe installation continuing for the 2nd floor slab. In A2.2, the 2nd floor slab is partially poured, formwork is being installed for the 3rd floor, and 1st floor vertical structures are being erected. In A3, foundation, beam and slab work continues. In A4, the 1st floor slab is partially poured, with foundation work ongoing on the other section. In BM2, 650 m³ of concrete was poured today for the 1st floor slab, and hard material excavation is on hold. At Chockchai, leveling work continues to prepare drilling platforms for BM5 and BM4. In B8, foundation work is ongoing. Excavation work actively continues at phase 2.

Building A3.1 continues with foundation and beam construction, while foundation works have started at A4. In zone BM2, excavation of hard materials is ongoing across three areas. On Phase 2, piling for Buildings B8–B9 continues, and the box culvert drainage system is being installed along the road. To date, 237,860 m³ of soil have been excavated, 1,667 piles drilled, and 5,162 m³ of concrete poured.

On Phase 2, piling works for Buildings B8–B9 continue, with two rigs operating simultaneously.

In building A5, the crew is installing column reinforcement on the 4th floor, completing preparations for concreting the 5th-floor slab, and pouring concrete for the 3rd-floor columns. In buildings A2.1/A2.2, work is ongoing on the foundations, water tanks, and waterproofing, while in A3.1, the construction of the foundation and beams continues. To date, 1,557 piles have been drilled and 3,881 m³ of concrete has been poured.

Concrete pouring is underway, with 534 m³ poured into Building A5 and 228 m³ into Building A2. The installation of drainage pumps has been completed, preparing the site for the rainy season. The project is advancing on schedule.

April 6, 2025 In March, we completed the removal of 124,780 m³ of soil and installed 1,282 piles. To protect the construction site during the rainy season, a temporary drainage system was installed. Temporary transformers were connected to ensure an uninterrupted power supply. The structural contractor, Westcon, has already started work: construction of the foundation for Building A5 is underway, tower crane TC4 has been installed, and the first pile cap has been poured.
